    • Thanks. You and Steve were there at the inception, so to speak. It’s been a long journey since then, but it seems like just a few weeks ago.

  2. Would it be corny to say you’re half the man you used to be? Really amazing, Phil! Mazel Tov! Happy New Year!

    Comment by Jimmy Hook — January 2, 2012 @ 9:15 pm | Reply

    • Not corny at all. Actually, I’m 3/4 of the man I used to be. After the next 100 I’ll be half. Then I will stop 🙂

  9. Wow! a shadow of your former self, Still a handsome lad though, and a smidgen taller it would appear?. Must have something to do with the absence of latitudinal mass, but heck what do I know I am smart ass not a physicist.

    Comment by Alex Neave — January 3, 2012 @ 12:30 am | Reply

    • Not sure if I am taller. I’m sure the weight pulls down a little, gravity you know. It may just be the camera position.

  10. Wow. That’s great, Phil. Did you wake up and think, “Where’s the rest of me?”

    Comment by Teri Tynes — January 3, 2012 @ 7:24 am | Reply

    • It’s so gradual. The first two months of pictures I really couldn’t see much, but now that it is beginning to show I am a little surprised how much I’ve lost. And happy.

WooHoo! Time for a new wardrobe. Err, better make that a very minimal new wardrobe for now.
No sense in buying new clothes that’ll soon be too big.

    Comment by Blinkazoid — January 3, 2012 @ 2:56 pm | Reply

    • Fortunately I still have a lot of clothes from 10 years ago when I was about this weight, so I’m set for a while. After that I will have to shell out a few bucks, but what a great reason to do so.
